Scoring method
A profile is evaluated across service match (30 points), eligibility (20), geography (10), contract size (10), comparable evidence (15), delivery capacity (10), and deadline runway (5). A failed mandatory condition caps the result below 40 and suppresses it from normal alerts. Scores of 75+ are “high fit”; 60–74 are “review”; lower scores are normally suppressed.
Scores are screening aids, not guarantees. Unknown information is marked for verification and may reduce confidence.
Quality controls
- Retain notice identifier, source URL, publication date and last-checked timestamp.
- Separate source facts from generated interpretation.
- Never infer that an accreditation, clearance or case study exists.
- Apply deterministic blocker rules before generative summarisation.
- Sample-check delivered briefs and manually review material exceptions.
