DRAFT — NOT YET OPERATIVE
Service terms built around a narrow promise.
Draft for launch: the public service address must be confirmed before these terms take effect.
1. Parties, customer status and service
“BidBriefly”, “we” or “us” means Ryan Dunleavy trading as BidBriefly, Liverpool, United Kingdom. Public service address: [AWAITING OWNER CONFIRMATION]. The service is offered only to customers acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. We provide opportunity monitoring, capability matching, automated summaries and decision-support information. We do not act as a procurement adviser, solicitor, bid writer, agent or government body.
2. Customer responsibility
The customer must verify every notice, deadline, requirement, document and portal directly with the original source. The customer remains solely responsible for eligibility, bid/no-bid decisions, bid content, portal registration, submission, pricing, declarations and contract performance.
3. Fit scan and subscriptions
The £99 Tender Fit Scan covers one agreed capability profile and seven consecutive calendar days of monitoring. The scan starts only when we confirm the profile is sufficiently complete; customer delay in supplying or clarifying information delays the start. The scan does not automatically create a subscription. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled before the next renewal date.
4. Accuracy and availability
Public data, source feeds and generated analysis may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. We do not guarantee that every opportunity will be found, that any opportunity is suitable, or that a customer will win work.
5. Fees, taxes and refunds
The current checkout totals are £99 for the scan and £349 per month for Decision Desk. No additional tax is added at checkout. Any change to future pricing will be disclosed before purchase or renewal; the service does not represent that VAT has been charged. Because the service is business-to-business, completed fit-scan work and an active subscription period are not normally refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If we cannot begin the agreed scan, we will offer a refund rather than retain payment for undelivered work.
6. Confidentiality and data
Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential business information. Customers must not submit sensitive personal data, classified material or third-party confidential documents unless a separate written process permits it.
7. Intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of supplied material. We retain ownership of the service, matching methodology, templates, workflows and software. Customers may use delivered briefs internally but may not resell the feed or methodology.
8. Liability
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No limitation of liability is implied by the use of automated research.
9. Ending the service
The customer may cancel a monthly subscription by email to bidbriefly@gmail.com before its next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. We may suspend or terminate use for non-payment, abuse, unlawful activity, source misuse or material breach.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Notices: bidbriefly@gmail.com. Last draft update: 8 September 2026.
